We are an independent holiday-planning consultancy. We research flights, hotels and itineraries based on your requirements and present you with the best options available. You then book and pay directly with your chosen provider — we do not book on your behalf.
No. We provide planning advice and research. All bookings and payments are made directly by you with the airline, hotel or tour operator. This means your money is protected under the provider's own terms — not held by us.
No. As an independent planning consultancy that does not handle booking payments, we do not provide ATOL or ABTA protection. If you require ATOL/ABTA cover, you should book directly with a licensed travel agent or tour operator.
Initial consultations are free. If any planning or research fees apply to your specific enquiry, these will be disclosed clearly and agreed with you before any work begins. We never charge hidden fees.
We aim to call back within 2 hours of receiving your request during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–8 PM). Outside of these hours, voicemail is active and we'll return your call on the next business day.
